I wouldnt say the same cornering speed but I agree with you on everything else. also the porsche seems to have a lot more grip out of the corners (especially exiting uphill corners).
the driver of the viper could've floored it a little harder when he passed the porsche at 9:00 mins. to sum it up shortly, the porsche: alot better grip, less power maybe than the viper but quicker acceleration. viper: more power but its heavier and doesnt go through the corners as fluidly.

I guarantee someone that has only driven the 'ring in a video game would likely crash in real-life if trying to match their in-game time.

I understand that a couple of GTR trannies have blown up. Byt the same token, there have been some ZR1 trannies that have exploded too. Using YOUR logic, that means that all ZR1 trannies explode at 20k and have to be replaced. Right? Stop making excuses. The GTR performs better for less money.

You are once again wrong. The stock tranny held up on multiple dyno runs dude. If the stock tranny sucked it wouldn't handle 800ft-lbs of torque... END OF STORY.

@pier456 the new system is ,5 sec's slower then the old launch control and the tranny can hold almost 1000 hp after it's been torn down and completely rebuilt with better internals face the fact for all their technology in the car it's still poorly designed and watch in 5 years how many willy be 80k paper weights cause they break all the damm time
